Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Request
- Customers may request cancellation of their registration / service / payment within 24 hours of making the payment.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email to the official support address or through the contact form available on our website.
2. Cancellation Period
- Online payments: Can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of payment.
- Service/Program registrations: Can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
- Subscriptions / Recurring services: Must be cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
(You may adjust the above periods based on your internal policy.)
3. Non-Cancellable Items
The following cannot be cancelled:
- Payments already processed and settled by the payment gateway.
- Services already availed or partly used.
- Donations or voluntary contributions.
- Special event registrations where terms specify “No Cancellation”.
4. Refund on Cancellation
- Upon successful cancellation, eligible amounts will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Payment gateway charges and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Due to Technical Errors
If a payment fails or is duplicated due to technical issues:
- Users must inform us with proof of transaction.
- Verification will be done with the payment gateway.
- Refund or adjustment will be processed accordingly.
6. Management Rights
The organization reserves the right to:
- Modify, reject, or accept any cancellation request.
- Cancel any registration or service in case of policy violation, with notification to the customer.
