By accessing or using this Website, including making online fee payments through BillDesk, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

By using this Website, you confirm that:

- You are a parent/guardian using the portal for a student

5. Online Payments (BillDesk)
We accept online payments for fees and other charges through our payment gateway partner BillDesk.
5.1 Payment Responsibility
- You are responsible for providing correct student details, mobile number, and fee amount
- Any mistakes in data entry may result in failed or delayed payments
- The Institution is not responsible for payments made using wrong student information
5.2 Transaction Charges
- Convenience/processing charges may be applied by BillDesk or the bank
- These charges are non-refundable
5.3 Payment Confirmation
- A successful payment generates a receipt/transaction ID
- You must keep a copy of this receipt for reference
5.4 Failed or Pending Transactions
- If your transaction fails but the amount is debited, the refund will be processed by BillDesk or your bank as per their timelines
- The Institution is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment gateway systems
5.5 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, unless:
- Duplicate payment made, or
- Any special approval by the Institution’s management
Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the same account/card used for payment.
6. Data Privacy & Security
We collect only the information required for providing services on the Website. Online payments are processed securely by BillDesk, and we do not store your credit/debit card details.
We follow reasonable security practices; however, we cannot guarantee complete protection from cyber risks.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on mallasajjan.org including text, images, logo, design, and documents is the property of the Institution.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
