International Day of Sign Languages | September 23, 2021

Our 6th standard children had a small program to observe The International Day of Sign Languages. Children came prepared with simple sign language symbols and showed the audience what they meant. The school celebrated this day to help the children learn more about this medium of communication.  The United Nations says ‘The International Day of Sign Languages is an unique opportunity to support and protect the linguistic identity and cultural diversity of all deaf people and other sign language users.’
